Product Description

 Expanded Graphite Filled Spiral Wound Gasket

This is a spiral wound gasket that uses expanded graphite in the filler strip. It has excellent sealing performance even under severe conditions such as high temperature and high pressure, low temperature, thermal cycle, and temperature cycle.

 Features:

1.  Compared with non-asbestos gaskets, the sealing performance is better (especially the air-tightness)
2.  The filler strip is not easy to age at high temperature, and it can have excellent sealing performance for a long time even under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
3.  It can have excellent sealing performance even under harsh conditions of pressure changes and high and low temperature cycles.
4.  It has excellent corrosion resistance, so as long as the appropriate metal strip material is selected, it can be used for various corrosive fluids that cannot use asbestos gaskets.
5.  Excellent sealing performance under low temperature conditions.

 Applications:

Suitable for flanges of various industrial pipelines, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, valve covers, etc., especially used as gaskets in high-temperature and high-pressure steam, low-temperature applications such as LNG.
